| Peter Church is an international lawyer
and business adviser who has lived and worked in the South
East Asian region for more than 20 years. Mr Church advises
a varied group of major Australian and international companies
on investment and trading activities relating to Asia.
He was for many years President of the Australia Indonesia
Business Council and on numerous Australian federal government
boards such as the Trade Policy Advisory Committee. Mr
Church was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia
in 1994 for his services to the promotion of business
relations between Australia
and South East Asia. |

Bakshi - Director |
| Shiban Bakshi has over 25 years experience
in international finance, project finance and merchant
banking at Standard Chartered Bank, SBI Capital Markets
and the State Bank of India. Mr Bakshi has also worked
with the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, IDRC Canada,
Crown Agents UK, and the World Bank. |

Thomas - Director |
| Soman Thomas, based in Mumbai, has been
a merchant banker for 20 years and has developed and managed
capital markets businesses for several major financial
institutions including Canara Bank and Standard Charter
Bank. He was responsible for the successful bond issues
of two important government financing vehicles (IDBI and
SIDBI) and several equity issues. Mr Thomas has developed
a factoring business and a general insurance practice
in western India for a non-bank finance company in Mumbai. |

| Suresh Iyer has worked in the financial
sectors across India and Asia Pacific since 1994. With
a formal academic background in theoretical economics
and finance, and skills honed in real markets, Suresh
has proved himself in competitive environments with global
companies such as GE Capital. |

| Christopher Franck has 15 years of business
experience, mostly in the IT industry, across Hong Kong,
Singapore, and ASEAN. Mr Frank has lead teams developing
and commercializing shrink-wrapped software products,
web design services and financial applications for start-ups,
and Asian and global MNCs. His responsibilities included
strategy and implementation of regional development, product
design and support, sales and partner channels development.
He brings to the Group a comprehensive understanding of
these industries as well as project management expertise. |

| Jayant Prakash has worked with the consulting,
manufacturing and IT sectors since 2002. He has worked
with, among other companies such as JK Tyres and Hughes
Software in management accounts, budgeting, strategic
planning, business acquisitions, working capital, and
project finance. |
